INSPIRATION TO PARTICIPATE?
I know too many people with Cancer or who have lost someone to Cancer. This event is an opportunity for me to get my friends and family together to support a great cause and help those in need.

HARDEST PART OF TRAINING?
The toughest part is preparing for the unknown. Every time you step into the boxing gym you are only slightly aware of what is in store for you that day. This is mentally and physically challenging but has made me much stronger.

MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF TRAINING?
Becoming friends with the trainers and other ABTB competitors at QuietMan

FAVORITE BOXER?
James J. Braddock

PRECONCEPTIONS OF BOXING THAT HAVE BEEN CHANGED?
I knew boxers worked hard and that it was a sport that required a great deal of dedication. However, until you experience the intensity of a boxers workout followed by a sparring session you have no idea. And I realize what we are enduring is only the tip of the iceberg.

GREATEST SPORTING ACHIEVEMENT?
I have played sports my entire life. I tried everything, soccer, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, among others as a kid. In college I played 5 years of Rugby.  Over the past few years I began tackling Spartan Races, Mudders and 5ks. I am proud to say there hasn't been much I didn't attempt when an opportunity was given to me. That being said, nothing in my past compares to this event and the mark (hopefully the visual "marks" are minimal!) the experience will leave.
